Requirements :
1. Candidates must possess at Bachelor Degree of Human Resources Management or Law
2. Candidates must have minimal 5 years of experience in related field, Preferably in Manufacture area.
3. Have strong experience in handling employment law and and legal compliance, Preferably in Manufacture area.
4. Have a strong interpersonal and communication skill to be involved in the interaction between organization, employee, customer, union and government.
5. Have a good understanding and knowledge of Indonesian manpower regulation and law
6. Fluent in English both oral and written, able to operate computer (Ms. Office) and internet.
7. Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Human Resources, Law or equivalent.
8. willing to be placed in Serang-Banten
